Our Wish For You…

Where there is pain,
We wish you peace and mercy.
Where there is self-doubting,
We wish you a renewed confidence in your ability to work through them.
Where there is tiredness or exhaustion,
We wish you understanding, patience, and renewed strength.
Where there is fear,
We wish you love and courage.

New Dreams

The big dreams are gone! Now what are the dreams?  Sometimes, we just have to  focus on  small dreams.  What are small dreams that can come true for you?  Find ten minutes, locate your most favorite place to sit, maybe play some music you like,  have a cup of coffee or tea and you may choose to light a candle.  Take a moment and look at what is around you that you love. Use what is around you to inspire you to start writing and creating your list of smaller dreams!  Having a list of smaller dreams will give you joy and hope for today and tomorrow.

“This Shouldn’t Be Happening”

“This shouldn’t be happening” we tell ourselves when things happen that are difficult or we do not like.  We become uncomfortable when life is not happening the way we thought it should be happening.  We sometimes “freeze” and forget to take a deep breath and look for a way we can be present in this moment and find the good in this moment.
